I push myself hard when I train. But not every day, and not the same way every time.

I watch what I eat. But I eat real food that tastes good, and I don’t use supplements.

I love to move. But I enjoy the luxury of stillness; resting the body and let the mind roam.

This may sound like “moderation”, but that is such a bland concept, too easily linked to “mediocre”.  It implies restraint and boredom.

I prefer “balance”.
